Return and Exchange
 

We guarantee all the quality of our products. Our products cannot be returned and funds received cannot be returned.

We will only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you want to replace with the same item, 

please send a request via email to helloglobalss@gmail.com.

Refund

When your returned item is received and inspected, we will send a notification email to you. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of the item you are returning.

If the item you are returning is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method, within a certain time.

Overdue Funds

If you still haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again.

Contact the bank that issued your credit card, it may take some time before your refund is posted.

Next contact your Bank, it will often take some processing time before your refund is posted.

Delivery

For products to be returned sent to Intercon Plaza D/18, Meruya Ilir, Jakarta, Indonesia, 11630

Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes to receive the goods you exchange varies, depending on the location where you live.

If you are sending more than 12 items, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

We don't guarantee that you will receive the goods that you will return.
